hi everyone,

I'm looking to build a new PC, this is for gaming but I need it to be mobile and small,I have a budget of $800 but I want to see if I can get the whole pc itself to be around $500, also this is not for those high end game this is for the games that usually hit from 100fps and lower, what I have in mind is going AMD processor and a high end single graphics card and of Course a small case, if there is any ideas that can help me with this would be great,

Go with a Bitfenix Phenom case. Your choice to go with mATX or mITX. And then I would go for a 760 or 770.

CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K | Case: Bitfenix Prodigy | Motherboard: GA-H61N-USB3 | RAM: Corsair 8GB 1333 MHz Video CardEVGA GTX 660 Superclocked 2GB DDR5

Power Supply: Corsair CX 430 | SSD: Samsung 840 120GB | HDD: 2X Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200rpm | Monitor Asus PB238Q & Asus PB278Q

Mouse: Lenovo N50 | Keyboard: Apple Pro Keyboard | Operating Systems: Hackintosh OS X 10.8.5 & Windows 8.1

Well.... there are new mini ITX FM2+ coming out... there are no mITX AM3 boards. maybe mATX board and small mATX case?

pretty awesome http://www.fudzilla.com/home/item/32878-gigabyte-has-a-killer-fm2%20-itx-board

you can put in athlon 760 on it and any other fm2 proc

and yes, something like gtx 760 would do fine

Get one of these:

That Lian Li case is far from budget friendly.

@tobi_the dad What games are you actually playing? Give some examples.

@WoodenMarker the games that are usually play are league of legend, wow can't really think on top of my head but there usually low fps

ea

Alright. My recommendations: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1SNAg

This is a bit on the overkill side and should play many games on high and some on ultra just fine.

If you really just want the bare minimum to do your thing and you are sticking to games like League, this will do the trick: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1SNGe

I wouldn't call games high or low fps--that is simply how well your system performs. What you're referring to is simply light gaming.

@WoodenMarker the one you recommended is it easy to upgrade?

There's not much room to upgrade on the first build without changing the psu but it should last quite a while before you need to.

If you want to be able to upgrade the gpu later on without changing the psu, bump up to a cx600 and you should be able to upgrade to any single gpu later on: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-cx600

There are upgrade paths though. I'd recommend getting a Hyper 212 Evo later down the road to oc your cpu.

The second one isn't really meant to be upgraded and is more of a cheap, small form factor pc that does the job with light gaming and other tasks.
