I'm curious if this setup is able to run BF1 at 2560x1080 Ultra 60fps. or even Max 60fps.

Well, at 1080p an RX 480 4 GB bearly hits 60 fps and that's with an i7. (Battlefield 1 is VERY CPU intensive)

maybe you could look at the minimum specs for Battlefield 1 on origin.
