GPU + CPU combination advice

I am planning to assemble a gaming desktop. I have 2 options :

1) GTX 1060 3GB + i3-6100

2) RX 460 + i5-6500

 

I like to play MP games like CSGO , Overwatch and also some graphigs hungry game like GTA 5 witcher 3 etc.

So please suggest which option is more appropriate for me.

First one. Most games are graphics bound

I would go with the 1060 and i3 becuase it is cheaper to upgrade your cpu in the future rather than a gpu and the 1060 is a great match for the cpu anyways it shouldn't have any bottle necks while with an i5 you would mostly be gpu bound
