Where was it running from before you took it onto the USB?

CPU: R5 3600 @ 4.4 GHz

RAM: 16GB DDR4 @ 3200 MHz

GPU: RTX 2080 Super

my pc, i reset my pc tho so  before that i put it on the drive, i just made a new game, i can use srcds to join in, but just me, it still have same error.

Make sure you have added the port(s) needed for the server as exceptions in windows firewall

Looking to buy GTX690, other multi-GPU cards, or single-slot graphics cards:

Well, you could disable it completely as a test to see if the firewall is your issue, but long term you would want to open up the ports that the server needs. As for how, please use google.

ik how, and ik how, but where again do i disable firewalll

 

i have ran 3 servers before, ports isnt a problem

 

firewall might be.

Open start menu. Search for "Firewall". Open the result that comes up. Turn it off.
