New Build to replace 5 year old PC

Hello Linus Tech Tipps

I used to play games like Witcher 3 , Overwatch,BF4, CSGO, CIV 5

My aim is to maybe play Battlefield 1  now and again because I don´t have a lot of time for gaming anymore.

I created this parts list for myself just now and I was wondering what you guys and girls thought of it.  My Budget for the new build isn´t set yet.

Won´t go much higher than 800 to 1200 (if the GPU and PSU need to be replaced)
I don´t want any LED´s - No side panel or anything flashy. Just Performance and a PC that won´t draw attention.

No clue about Case Fan´s - something very silent (no LED) any help with that ?

My GPU broke down a while ago and I replaced the PSU and the GPU with a MSI 970 G4 (already included in my list)  and the PSU also included.

Hopefully no one is gonna suggest that I need to replace the GPU or PSU but you can if you so disire.

The Form factor is ATX I think and will remain as is unless I have the confidence of fitting my PSU into an Mini ITX case

I would ask you Sir´s and Ladies to give me your take on what I would build as of now with little research.

Wondering about a Board with build in WiFI  are there any downsides to it  ?

Depends really...
I thought a 970 would be fine for a long time to come but I guess I was kinda wrong ?

I don´t know how much I would get by upgrading from a 970 to a 1070 for example

Here is a comparison but is it really a 55 % performance increase ?

The longer you can hold out with that 970, the better. I'd be holding out for Volta/Vega at least if I were you.

I never heard of the Volta or Vega before but I just learned that it is rumoured to launch in 2017 ? Based on a leak from august this year.

Thank you " deXxterlab97 "

For the grafic that allowed the  comparison in performance by GPU that helped me to understand things a lot better.

So holding on to my 970 for now until 2017 at the very least should be the no problem at all.

Thanks so far for your support pople - I really appreciate all the help this far !

Cheers
