how decide if I should get a phone with  replaceable battery or not

is a Samsung Galaxy S4 Black

stil a good phone to get do not do much light old game if that and music phone call and facebook email

I use a Galaxy S4 and know lots of people that do as well. Its a good phone and if your not looking for anything super fancy you just want something at works well you wont be sorry you got a Galaxy S4. And they are pretty cheap...

is it still support I have a iPhone 5c that  the battery is not hold charge as long and can you still get battery for it 

wil it be easy then

I don't think Samsung supports it anymore but there are still lots of Samsung batteries and aftermarket batteries on amazon.

Samsung doesn't make parts anymore. You wont get the newest OS unless you install it your self. As for apps almost every app out today work just fine and update. Ive only ever found 2 apps that didn't work for me.

As for risk, you might hard-brick your device which turns it into a paperweight. Just be sure to flash the new ROM properly and you should be fine.
