Display Problems

I was studying for a Spanish test in school when this happened. I was able to record it through my phone. (I cant upload the video so I made a google drive link https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxplb0UF9hd7Y1F5enBHN09QSzg/view?usp=sharing) Does anyone have suggestions on what to do? Also sorry for the bad video quality I saw that and just grabbed my phone. The specs are i7-6700HQ, 960M 4GB, Inspiron 7559. The laptop is less than a year old so it probably shouldn't do this. Are there any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Have you made any changes to the computer either in software or hardware recently? Is this the first time it has happened?

The thing is that a restart seems to make the problem go away so that makes me doubt its a loose wire, but I will check.

C. some really annoying cable.

It might be software because I did recently update my nvidia drivers, and a restart seems to have fixed it temporarily
