I've been looking into this since I bought my Asus g551jw about a year ago. Everywhere I look seems to think that anything under 95-100 C is perfectly fine. I cant seem to find guidance on any manufactures website. But, this seems really high to me. I've been running fallout 4,on low settings, and the temperature ranges between 70-80, and will even spike up to the high 90s every once in a while. I am using a cooling pad, in a temperature controlled room.

Is there anything else that I can do to keep temperatures down?

Should I be worried, or are these normal temperature ranges for a laptop?

Take it apart and dust it out and it should be better, 70-80 seems pretty high for a laptop
