I am currently in the market for a used PC , the prices in my country are terrible! but I managed to find this build for 300 euros which is around 333 dollars. I plan on doing 720p gaming on medium-high settings on games such as CS:GO , Dota 2 , League of Legends , Battlefield 3-4. Will it be enough? the GPU is

MSI
Radeon R7 260X 2GB GDDR5 R7 260X 2GD5 OCV1 AND I WILL BE DOING TURBO BOOST ON THE CPU

Cinebench r15 for the cpu test.

Aida64 for a Stress test to see if the system is stable

If the graphics card is good, try doing a firestrike or Ungine Vally.

Look on CPU-z if everything is right

User benchmark software to compare with other computers with same specs.

There's MemTest86 (free) for testing RAM if you want, and it's typically an overnight test, though you need to boot into it rather than run it as a program. I'd also look at benchmarking utilities like 3DMark (one of the benchmark tests is free), Unigine Heaven/Valley (free), etc. There's also AIDA64 and Prime95 which are used just for CPUs. I'd also check tools like MSI Afterburner or HWMonitor as they can monitor system temperature.

What should the Idle and under load temps be on that rig in the previous post?

This will depend on your specs, but typically temperatures at or under 80 C are fine. Stress tests will heat up your components hotter than you'll normally have them under load, anyway. Don't worry so much about idle temperatures unless your components are also overheating when idle.

It would be ok but I wouldn't think about playing anything intensive on it. It struggles with a lot of older, intensive titles.
