I always tend to have issues with sli. Now that i have a new board and CPU as i had major problems with my other setup the cards once again will run at correct speeds. But only when properly detected by the bios. Is there some special way that you are sapposed to setup SLI? i had one card running well and then added another card and the bridge and then the cards were no longer fully detected by the BIOS so no status light on board and nothing showing in GPU post. Now likley if i reset the CMOS that one card will work normal again.... so for SLI are you sapposed to reset cmos whenever you install a new card or go from sli to not and vice versa?

So, ive only had one issue where I had to reset the cmos. What are the specs? Also what version of windows and NVidia?

It's not the in Windows issue. the problem is getting a board to detect both graphics cards properly. otherwise they ruN at x4. the lights that indicate presence of aN item in both slots but then 1 or none stays on. sometimes I think somthing happend that partially messed up both cards but they both work perfect just not together.

Still cant help without the info. Windows would depict certain software problems. Nvidia cant run at 4x. Which is why I'm asking the hardware.
