Mails needed while in Vietnam!

I am going on a trip to Vietnam and have some important mails regarding tickets and such.. They are on my mail, but my Sony Z2 won't show mails that are older than around 3 weeks old. This is a huge problem, since I need to be able to access those specific mails at any time. 

Anyone that has an idea how to go around this? 
It would be awesome to somehow download them, so I can access them without internet aswell.

Forward them to yourself, so they look like they are new.

I have thought of that, but I will be gone for an extended period.. Then I will have to forward them a few times. 
I was hoping there was a smart way of storing them for longer

Print the email to PDF and keep the PDF file on your phone.

Thanks for the idea, haven't thought of that...

It would still be nice if there was some kind of options which would make this alot easier, there are around 30-40+ mails and it would take a long time to print them all to pdf/naming them and screen capture is also not the best option.

I have them printed, I want them on the phone in case our bag gets stolen or lost. 

I will probably just forward the mails to myself... It seems to be the easiest method.
