Cheap keyboard without Num pad

Hi, i'm searching for a cheap (under 70€) keyboard without Num pas (i can't remember what the real name is ^^) that i cab buy or that can be shiped in France.

Keep in mind though. You can find a lot of tenkeyless membrane keyboards

I've never tried the mechanical switches that they use in that keyboard but from the reviews, it seems like it'll do for you
