I just got a brand new laptop and after a couple of reinstalls Microsoft edge and/or the start menu stops working, also anything related to me login in Microsoft account like skype preview, the only fix I found is creating a new user (trough cmd, since the interface dosent work), but even then it only works for about 30min before reversing to the same stage. I already reinstalled the os about 6 times and it happens again.

Laptop & specs could be useful.

Also, only install using ISOs from Microsoft or the original disc.

If you're pirating the OS, well, tough luck.

Well if the laptop is brand new, just rma it. It is probably a hardware issue then. You can also try updating the BIOS.

Allready updated the bios and I'm pretty sure it inst the laptops problem, my desktop had the same problem but after reinstalling it several times it eventually worked fine. And my parents laptop has a very similar problem. I'm pretty sure the problem is with windows 10.

The problem is not with Windows 10, If you are installing with official media and the problem persists consistently it sounds like hardware/bios. RMA the laptop.

Confirm your hypothesis. Install Linux and see if that keeps working.

I have installed windows 10 about 40-50 times and i have never had this issue. It is almost certainly a hardware issue.

I had a similar problem with my old laptop, my desktop and my parents laptop, I only managed to get the desktop to work, and I don't even know how, but I highly doupt its hardware problem when 2 asus x series, 1 asus transformerbook and 1 custom desktop all have the same problem.

I don't mean to sound like a dick, but with this particular situation, that no one else is having with the most up to date version of windows 10. It has to be either user error, or hardware. Windows 10 is not at fault here. And it truly disappoints me to see that the 'somethings wrong just blame windows' users have not faded away.

Install windows 7.

If the problems already existed on the factory image of Windows 10, you can be almost certain that it's either a driver problem or a hardware problem. If you keep ruling out everything we throw at you, then we can't help you. Just RMA it and they'll check it out for you. If it's busted, they'll fix it. If it's not, you'll just get it back and be SOL until you figure it out.

Install windows 7.

With a 99% chance of non-existent drivers. Consumer grade craptops don't even get win7 drivers anymore.

That's true. I suppose he will just have to deal with a perpetual reinstall loop of windows 10. xD

Well, if you have a key for Windows 8.1, you might get away with that using Win10 drivers.

It really pisses me off when hundred thousand people are having the same problem and some idiot says, ho no youre alone it must be a hadware problem. Well I found a fix for my problem, after reinstalling windows about 15 times I managed to get everithing except for edge to work, and now I managed to get it to work with this fix:
