Virus/ malware?

So I keep getting these links on Skype:

I don't know if these are viruses or pranks or something else? Does anyone know something about the domain, I looked it up and it is supposed to be a Chinese search engine? Also my Skype name is at the end of both links. When I click on the links I just get redirected to a site the contents of which I can't read.

Its a spam-bot for a weight loss pill looking at the website.

Yeah, old friend in fact, haven't talked to theme in years.

if the messages are coming from his or her account he/she is either sending them to you, or your friend has a virus and that is sending his/her contacts these links

 

Edit: you could tell your friend or if you never talk with him/her just unfriend or block him/her

I have no idea why they would come from multiple accounts, but if you think you have a problem with you skype account I would call or email Skype and see if they can help. If you think you have a virus or malware try running an antivirus/malware software to see if It will help. Something like spybot (the free version) is really good in my opinion.

I'll run a system scan with BitDefender and will report with the results. Also, I don't think that my account is hacked since I change my password periodically and I have two step authentication.

Well the virus/malware would get this from the infected users contact list, and it's likely that several people in your contacts list (if they are all in your contacts list) have been infected with the same virus/malware and since skype is configured by default to start on computer startup it can easily be set to send out these messages without the "sender" being aware (if they've set it to log in automatically).
