1070, which brand

IFF_Jack

Hi, I'm looking for a new graphic card, and with the budget I have the sweet spot will be the 1070. For which brand should i go? Notice that I'm from italy and here the price are a little crazy. I'm going to shop the card from amazon because the prices are the lowest there. Here are some links:

https://www.amazon.it/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?__mk_it_IT=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&url=search-alias%3Dcomputers&field-keywords=1070
the gigabyte G1 gaming one caught my attention
https://www.amazon.it/Gigabyte-GeForce-Scheda-Grafica-Gaming/dp/B01GXZ7Q3Y/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1472412140&sr=1-2

Thank you all for help and sorry for possible bad grammar

Personally MSI isn't more expensive than the gigabyte but is defiantly quieter. I always had good experience with their card so I would go red :D

The asus strix is the best 1070 by far

Asus has the best PCB's on the market high end speaking, often very overkill components, but soooo goood. people often complain about their customer service but thats region bound so it could be amazing in italy.

Many other 1080s are priced similar (A few were cheaper even). If thats real, definitely get that @IFF_Jack, its cheaper than the other 1070s you listed.

if that's legit - get it - the price is seriously good!

sounds to good to be true though. And I don't speak italien, so I can't tell what those recent 1 star reviews tell (and google translate only delivered strange bananas).

To be honest, at this point it comes down to what looks you like. Sure, some card can have some advantages over the others, but at the end a 1070 is a 1070, maybe excluding the cheap ones that are close to reference style but made with plastic. However, I think that Asus and MSI are both very good and stand out. Never had bad experiences with both of those brands. Asus is very well made and MSI can overclock pretty well and is very quiet.

Edit: That 1080 has higher price in product page despite being cheaper in seach bar, ill look for a decent cheap one if I can.

Its very unlikely you'll find a legit 1080 for less than about 700.

Or they'll have some hidden costs, somewhere in them (import tax, postage etc.)

I already saw the 1080s, all fake :(, for that i meant " the price are a little crazy". Last week the 1070 costs 237€ and the 1080s 476€.. but something smell wrong there, like, ALL had 10€ of spedition, they were all new sellers and all the prices cut down for 40 or 50 %... i'm pretty sure they were just hooks

Thanks you all for your opinions xD
