I just got done with my basic custom pc build that I dubbed BLACK BEAUTY.

Here's a part list via part picker http://pcpartpicker.com/list/YBCX2R

Now that I got it up and running. I would like to know how to bunch mark/test it to find out how it will do in its current set up before I go about OC after I put in a custom water cooling loop.

IMO best bench mark is to run several games and record frame rate & temperature, because at the end of the day stability and gaming is what matters.

IM!HO How to find a good bench mark? the best bench mark is one you make yourself. You know what it is, you can recreate it, and you are in control of it. Start by holding PC with two hands. Swing very hard in downwards motion towards your bench. Look closely at your bench, If successful you will be able to find your bench mark. Repeat several times for bench mark consistency. Don't be concerned if it takes several attempts for a good bench mark

GPU: bench using Unigine Heaven/Valley

Whole system: bench using Passmark PerformanceTest.

are they free to use? I used CINEBENCH to get kind of an idea what my computer setup can do but I know that is only a small sim and was getting 66.74 fps and 6.09pts which is basic if I'm not mistaking. But would like to know more like temps and performance over a long period of time.

I'm one of those guys who just like to play around with numbers, so I view benchmarks as fun. Numbers, yay! There will always be someone telling you "oh but that doesn't tell a thing about real life performance", whether you run dedicated benchmarks or games' benchmarks. I personally recommend 3DMark, it gives separate CPU and GPU scores (+ combined and overall) and let's you compare your results to others. IIRC they nowadays record temperatures too and show them in neat graphs.

3DMark (Multiple benchmarks, good online result database)

Unigine (Heaven, Valley)

Cinebench

Geekbench

SuperPI (Heh)

Crysis 3

Shadow of Mordor

What did you mean by this? Just wondering

Raidmax, in general, have terrible PSUs that use very bad internal components. Also, it has a really random wattage...

Auh! Ok well it was the cheapest one I could find with blue LED at a good price that was better than most 500 watts that I could find
