will I notice a difference

 ok I looking at tablets and will there be a performance difference between I mean one that will notice

Both are somewhat weak, but the Z3740 is significantly more powerful.. what will that processor be used for? IE: What's your usage case?

The Z3740 will probably feel slightly faster due to using actual cores instead of Hyperthreading and more cache. You can also have up to 4GB ram with it instead of 2GB.

it's a close call then, most of the other specs are near identical, so it's your choice whether you'd like to spend the extra $80. They'll both run league marginally, so it's your call
