The Z3740 will probably feel slightly faster due to using actual cores instead of Hyperthreading and more cache. You can also have up to 4GB ram with it instead of 2GB.

Then you'll benefit from getting the Z3740, what is the price difference between the two?

it's a close call then, most of the other specs are near identical, so it's your choice whether you'd like to spend the extra $80. They'll both run league marginally, so it's your call
