GeForce SLI question.

I have a question about the SLI. So the newer GPU's come with 2 SLI connectors. I cannot seem to find any topics about this. Also some bridges can only connect one connector to the other graphics card whist other bridges can connect both of the connectors on top of the graphics card. I want to ask what are the benefits of using a dual connector sli bridge against a single connector bridge. Thanks.

The one on the left has 2 so to speak lanes. The one the right has a single lane of connectors.

well, on pascal the GPU's use both of the SLI fingers to increase the bandwith to communicate with eachother.

You need the HBM bridge if you want to run 4K/5K in SLI properly. And possibly 1440p @ 144Hz (though the so-called "LED SLI Bridge" does this too)

Aha thanks! Also does ASUS make high bandwith bridges? I saw they only have single "finger" for dual SLI. https://www.asus.com/Graphics-Cards-Accessory/ROG_Enthusiast_SLI_Bridge/

I'm getting 208 FPS in GW2 fully maxed at 1440P  I know off topic (and an older/not very demanding game, but I couldn't resist) 1080 might be overkill!
