Yes, Shadowplay is currently the best streaming software since it is integrated in the GPU itself and will give a very small impact to your GPU performance, but not that much.

Shadowplay runs through GeForce Experience and utilizes the integrated H.264 encoders on 600-series and above video cards. Some programs, like OBS, can also utilize this encoder to accelerate video recording/video streaming.
