Hello, I currently have a HP-Pavilion 500-119c and I upgraded the PSU to a EVGA 500 watt as well as upgrading my GPU to a GeForce GTX 750 Ti Superclocked. I want a new CPU and theses are the ones I am thinking of Intel Core i5-6600k, Intel Core i7-4790 or Intel Core i7-4790 Devils Canyon. I want to make sure its compatible with my current build and if you could tell me the best without factoring cost and the best factoring cost that would be greatly appreciated.

the motherboard in that pc has a LGA1150 cpu socket, and that means that you can only use the i7 4790, the i5 6600k is better if you want to do video editing but you should still be good with the i7 4790

you can't get the 6600k because its not the right motherboard, and why would you buy a 750 ti when there are better options for cheaper out there? Getting a 4790k with that motherboard would also be useless, as you can't overclock it with that moterboard.

I bought the 750 a while ago and it was the best for the price without overclocking and im not too worried about overclocking because it sounds hard and I don't want to break anything.

ofcourse you will have to do a little research on what motherboard to get ect. but yes every thing should be compadible,
