Yes, having a radiator as long as the Corsair h100i will obstruct air flow into your case unless you have a fan which will pull air into the case. If possible, radiators are best to be on the top of the case. :)

so you are saying that if i put fans on each side o the radiator its ok?

Unfortunately, it will prevent some amount of Air from getting into your system, but this is not an issue if you buy high static pressure optimized fans. Here is a link to some great Corsair ones and a video explaining them.

You can also adjust the way of airflow if the front is only place to add rad and make it exhaust.

Yes it will dramatically increase airflow to your case, as well as lowering your CPU temps. I still strongly suggest using high static pressure optimized fans in a push-pull configuration.

FYI, I should mention that if you truly want "dat sick airflow" w/ extreme silence and reliability, then get the Noctua NF-F12 iPPC ones. Heres, also they are not the ugly beige and cream, rather they are black with removable anti-vibration corners.

Untrue. Only presure between the rad is higher, not actual airflow in case itself. Rest of story is correct.

iPPC's aren't as quiet as the normal fans and I wouldn't recommend getting them unless the extra robustness is needed.

How much of a difference there is will depend on the fans being used. Dramatic the the wrong word to describe the difference though. At most, the extra airflow would be noticeable as opposed to negligible.

@Amotthejoker

If you're just using the stock S340 fans, adding the extra h100i at the front would improve airflow due to the included fans.

The air coming in would be slightly warmer but you shouldn't worry about it.
