I need suggestions for a case

I am a fan of cases that have cable management holes and a see through side panel neither if what my vivo case v02 has....... I need some cheap recommendactions please 

Atx form factor mid or full tower

Preferred to have psu compartment

Black and red (will do exceptions)

Under $50 please and thank you
