windows activation after reinstall from Linux

It should in theory activate automaticaly once you reinstall. Unless theres some vodoo between linux/windows that stops it. Not likely though.

So i am about to install Linux mint on my laptop that came with windows 10. Right now windows 10 is activated by digital license. After i install Linux mint and want to reinstall windows 10, how will activation go? will i have to enter an activation code (which i do no have as the computer came with windows 10) or will it be digitally activated automatically?
