Arma 3 Question! PLZ HELP!

My Specs Im Running Right Now

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 at 4.4Ghz (2Cores 2Threads)

Ram: 8GB DDR3 1333Mhz

GPU: AMD RX480 8GB

Storage: 7200RPM 1TB HDD

In Arma 3 my pc is at around 70% usage and im getting 20FPS? all limiting FPS settings are off so why is my pc not using that extra power to give me more fps? PLEASE HELP!

Also My CPU is at 50% usage so no bottleneck from it?

A g3258 only at 50% usage in arma 3? it is using the 2nd core?.

and it should be bottlenecking the 480, the 480 should be expected to be sitting at about 70%-80% with that cpu.

20 fps in multiplayer? like in the streets of kavala?

Arma 3 is highly cpu intensive your processor is heavily bottlenecking your gpu

The CPU is using both cores and it is at 10-50% and the 480 is at 0-20% usage, my ram is at 4156MB/7988MB

Is your power settings set to high performance?

Also remember that the performance you see is dependent on how well the server is coping with the workload. That's the reason you'll often see better FPS in single-player vs online for Arma games.

Try switching to offline to see if that is the issue.
