Last week I had to reflow some indigo xtreme TIM and the dip didn't look anything like it did on the diagram example, so I thought it was a lost cause, got mad, and went to bed. Well when I turned it on for the first time today, IT SHOWED 27C! Compared to the 85-95C it was in the bios this is great. Currently temps are below 30C and sometimes low 30's on idle. What I want to know is that, even though this is a huge difference from 95C, are my temperatures good? The fans are a little too audible for my liking is there a place I can go to to keep them a bit more silent?

I guess you talk about your CPU. Low 30´s are good high 90´s are bad.

So if I'm getting this story right,

You noticed high temps, changed thermal solution and now the temps are in the thirties

Yes, if they are in the thirties thats great. The 90's are baaad (in relation to the decade and the heat)

Fans are a little too loud? Get different fans

Yeah CPU, sorry, also I mean is there a place in the BIOS or some software. I still have to update drivers, buy a windows 10 license, download steam and other software, ect
