Cheap case fan under 15$ or 1000 inr

Hello everyone,

Can anyone recommend a good fan that is quite and moves decent amount of air under 15$

 

As my case does not have any fan and i am thinking of installing 2 in front and 1 in back and also will 3 fans be enough for i5 6400 and gtx 1060 6gb.

Sounds sufficient enough, but If you have the opportunity to also install an exhaust-fan in the top of the case, I would strongly consider in doing that also

I personally use the CF-D14HBs from Cougar in Blue (these are 140mm but they come in 120mm and no LED variants for cheaper as well) and they are really decent for the price. 

In my opinion you should prioritize intakes if you want a positive pressure setup. 
If you're more a negative pressure guy, set the fan as the exhaust.

case is no brand cheap one it is build great though and i will keep it as of now ..... it has option for 2 120mm in front and 1 in back and 1 on side panel
