Your DDR type or RAM overall has nothing to do with the GPU.

So if i 2change it to 500w power supply  it will work perfectly?

make sure that your mobo doesn't use proprietary connectors.

No it's not, but maybe you are confused with RAM on the mobo for the CPU (DDR) and GDDR on GPU's. There they have GDDR5.
