What notebook should I get for £1200-1600

So I've been looking around for a new notebook to get, my aging Samsung needs replacing.

I have a very strict list of requirments though, they are as follows...

Must Haves:

12 to 14 inch Touch Screen

Skylake i7

16GB of RAM (bloody Google Chrome >:( )

Black body (if its silver its out as i really really dislike silver laptops)

Two display outputs (never seen this on a sub 14 inch notebook though without the use of a dock)

Would Be Nice To Haves:

256GB M.2 NVME SSD (I suppose I could go SATA if I had to)

2.5 inch drive support

Upgradable WiFi (or high end intel chipset)

USB Type C w/ Thunderbolt

1080p/1440p resolution (to preserve battery life)

Options I have considered:

Razer Blade Stealth -

My preferred option at the moment, but how is ordering through Razer Zone in the UK, all the reviews make it look pretty sketchy???? Also able to use the razer core, which would give me loads of display options (yay) but what do people know about its release date in the UK and its predicted price? Also can you use it without a GPU as just a dock?

Venom Blackbook 13 Zero -

No touch screen

Surface Book -

Can get a Microsoft employee discount via a friend but the 16gb version is still around £2250 which is a lot of money for a machine of that spec

Surface Pro 4 -

Don't really like the ergonomics but can also get the aforementioned employee discount which might sway me.

Dell 2017 XPS 13 -

The new 2017 version has a silver back :( (but the carbon is very nice though) Also doesn't have a 16GB option

I don't know what I should get, if anyone can answer my questions - specifically about the razer store - then that would be excellent.

Edit: Just realised that this is a massive post, sorry....

Get whichever one you want the most. I would get the Razer Blade Stealth but that's just what I like.

But are there any other options I've not considered? And what's the deal with all the crappy reviews for the razer store in the UK?

Razer has a very good return policy (1 year for systems I believe), you can also get a full cash refund if you refund within the first 12 days. You can't use soley the core as a computer, but you can disconnect the RBS from the core and use that instead. The largest throttle however would be CPU, so I would only suggest to get this system if you are going to put something in the range of a 1050(ti) in the core so that the CPU/GPU are near the same level.

That definitely looks very compelling. But that a little on the bulky side, was think more ultrabook type notebook. But will definitely bear this in mind as the price is also pretty reasonable.

I'd definitely take a look at Dell Outlet - there's some cracking deals on the XPS 15 and the Precision M5510 (the business version) at the moment, both of which have the InfinityEdge body (meaning it's the same size as a 14 inch laptop). I'd also consider the XPS 13 on there, and there's also a great deal on the Iris variant at the moment of the last gen of XPS 13

The new Surface book with i7/16/512 should be around £2300, but if you know anyone who is a student it'll come down to around £2k. However, if you are content with the 940m graphics of the current generation it's available for £2024 with a free Xbox one S with FIFA and an extra controller which you could sell if you wanted to offset the cost. https://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msuk/en_GB/pdp/Surface-Book/productID.332604800

Desktop : i7-4790k, Msi Z97-G45, MSI Twin Frozr 970, Crucial 256GB MX100 + 512GB MX500 SSDs, Corsair RM650, Dell U2715H 1440p monitor.

Laptop : Retina Macbook 12", 1.2Ghz/512GB (Early 2015), Razer Blade 14", GTX 1060/FHD/512GB (Late 2016)
