i would like to know which ssd is better(performance,build quality and durability from these 3 and if you have a better option plese tell me:-

SSD ADATA Premier Pro SP550 Series 120GB SATA-III 2.5 inch

Is the Crucial MX300 not available? It's a 3D TLC NAND SSD that should be roughly the same price as these ones I'd say it would be a great choice.

Just a note: Have you checked out WD Green SSD as a potential budget SSD? It works great and should fit your needs.
