1) do you even have a GPU yet?

2) That CPU is OK not good but OK, it wil run CS:GO but not GTA 5

3) Get 8GB DDR2 Ram and if you want a GPU get a Nvidia GTX750 ti or a 650 ti Boost!

i have a gtx 580 BRAH I BUILT THIS COMPUTER ON A $200 BUDGET NO TITAN XS HERE

So you ant to spend 200 on an upgrade? Well first and foremost, get a new gpu. I recommend a 1050ti or a rx470. The 470 will perform much better for 50$ more, so if you can afford it, it's worth it. Besides that, I wouldn't really change anything. Your system will run every game acceptably, and your next upgrade should just be a full system replacement.

He also only has $200, if you can squeeze that for $200 you're likely a god

If he could, just sell and upgrade maybe, wouldn't sell the whole system, and even $300 would get him a lot further than $200

Unfortunately, the most meaningful upgrade you could do would involve a new CPU, RAM, and motherboard. Plus, of course, you may need a new OS. Also, the new CPU would need to be better than your current one, so that may leave out the very cheapest options.

I'd look into an i3-6100 with an H110 motherboard and at least 4Gigs of DDR4 RAM. Price that out and save towards it.

Another option would be an AMD FX-6300 with appropriate motherboard and DDR3 RAM.

Look around for good used units.

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.

i5-6600, 16Gigs, ITX Corsair 250D, R9 390, 120Gig M.2 boot, 500Gig SATA SSD, no HDD
