Build Ready: Possible Space issues?

I'm thinking of building a mini ITX build but, I'm not sure if everything will fit. Based off the dimensions everything should come together properly. I was just curious if anyone has attempted a build like this and has any input they can give me. Also with the graphics card and water cooler taking up so much space, how many drive bays would I have left?

The BitFenix Prodigy (Black) Mini ITX Tower Case supports video cards up to 317mm long, but video cards over 177mm may block drive bays. If PC part picker says yes then it most likely will fit.

pcpartpicker does not pick up every compatibility issue. It is particularly weak when it comes to cases a cpu coolers. In this case however, it notes that the external drive bay has to be removed to mount an H100. See http://www.legitreviews.com/bitfenix-prodigy-mini-itx-case-review_1986/5 for a picture.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

You need to remove the optical drive bay for the AIO to fit.
