1: new psu something more reliable from seasonic, xfx, or a high end corsair/evga psu.

2: new gpu such as a 1060 6gb/ rx 480.

Unless you go for an i7 6700 the 8350 is fine.

 •E5-2670 @2.7GHz • Intel DX79SI • EVGA 970 SSC• GSkill Sniper 8Gb ddr3 • Corsair Spec 02 • Corsair RM750 • HyperX 120Gb SSD • Hitachi 2Tb HDD •

Looks good, if you have an 8350 at stock voltages and 4.5GHz stable you should be able to get to 5Ghz on that with a little added voltage.

The gtx 1060 will perform a hair bit better then the 480, especially in dx11, if you play a lot of dx12 games go for the 480.

I'm planning on going for the rx 480 because its basically like a cheap future proofer

I just want 750 so I have room to upgrade (like if I want crossfire)

I still wouldn't recommend it due that the fact that some games scale better than others (Among other issues).

That doesnt make any sense, the PSU performs the exact same no matter what wattage it is, I just want to make an early investment so I dont have to spend more later.
