Is this ram any good?

My friend is looking for some real budget ram. I am helping him find some and found this: Dell snpv51k2c/16g for a small price. Question is is it any good. Will cool well? Will it run well? Any other recomendations around 35 pounds GBP. Even from websites like CEX/Ebay.

will this DDR4 work ? yes. will it be 2133mhz ? yes 

is it good ? can't say, timings unknown, low voltage (=no OC but I think you don't care)

 

office build ? go for it.

 

want gaming ? buy some real brand that gives details 

want gaming but on a budget ? buy good 8gb, you will probably never use more than 6Gb anyway

most brands are fine and they will either work perfectly out of the box or not work. there is no inbetween
