What is your opinion on those temps?

I use Ninja scythe air cooler and sabertooth r2 mobo

1st option very quiet but hoter

Your temps are just fine. Just keep it under 62C.

Well in my opinion you most be insane to have such temperature. But you have to consider if you OC it will matter and you must aim for lower if you ever would want to over clock.

but 59 and 54 C are socket temps

If you look lower you get temps on each core

With full on cooling its 37C

With quiet settings all cores run at 45C max

As I learned so far that FX-8350 can take up to 60-62C

Keep the Socket/CPU temp under 70, when it hits 70 the CPU starts cycling cores/throttling .

I bought a asus Motherboard for 3-4 months and I have an amd fx-6100 4GHz should I buy the new amd fx fx-8350 or should I buy a new intel Motherboard and buy i3570 k how much better the game is it?

In gta iv, I have everything on high graphics setting with 45-55 fps want it to be at 60 fps

my pc

amd fx-6100 4GHz

nvidia gtx 560 non ti overclock to 880 mhz memory speed 2200MHz in msi afterburner

corsair vengeance 1600 mhz 8gb (but they go on the 1502 mhz for cpu's overclock the base clock)

and an ssd not so important: D

Yeah your temps are fine just try to keep it under 80 degrees to not wear the cpu out so quickly.

I'd personally upgrade the graphics card rather than the CPU, will have a much great impact on FPS.

A 7870 XT (Tahiti LE) is almost twice as fast as the GTX 560 , and it costs 240$.

A year later you can upgrade your CPU to steamroller without having to change your motherboard, it's a win win situation.
