LTT DOES NOT CONDONE PIRACY! I DO NOT WANT THIS THREAD LOCKED! I just wanna discuss how people installed it, patched it, hacked it, customized it and their performances. Mods: if you see a link to piracy, just remove the link in that post but let us continue to discuss our optimizations and installation methods.

 

DO NOT POST ANY LINKS TO ANY OS X DMG OR ISO! You can MAKE your own Hackintosh using an OSX Disk or download from the AppStore. There is NO REASON to post a pirated link in this instance. YES THAT DOES MEAN if you don't own a Mac or have any friends or family with a Mac: YOU SHOULD NOT be making a Hackintosh as you do not own a copy of OS X.

 

If you own the disk or make your own installer on any Mac using the AppStore or allowed download links from Apple, then you aren't doing anything "illegal". You are just not going to be supported by Apple, who cares about that? If you've ever upgraded your Mac hardware yourself and not at an Apple Authorized Service Center: your warranty is void, not supported by Apple any more.

 

Anyways, who has Hackintosh running? What hardware are you running it on? What is your favorite loader? What kind of performance are you getting? Did you customize your DTSD (I think that's what it's called?)? What sort of customizations did you do? What programs did you use to help you customize your purchased/allowed download copy of OSX?

 

Is there finally nVidia GPU support for hardware acceleration?

i would like to see a list of modern hardware that people have got Hackintosh on; for the reason that most of apples product line is outdated. There should be a new line release at the end of october, maybe 27th?

Hackintosh is against the software license agreement. You can't run macOS on anything but Macs.
