I want to ask you to buy asus 780 dcu 2 now or wait for 780ti?

Me neither, but if you want one, you can just wait until mid-november because it's said that the 780Ti will replace the 780 in price and other cards will go down.

If you don't need it, wait for the 780ti, it can't possibly be that much more expensive, probably cheaper because of price cuts, and it'll out perform it, although personally I'll probably get a R9-290x.

If you can, wait for the 780 Ti, like @lachyman said, if you don't want the 780Ti then the 780 will be cheaper.
