WHo can build the cheapest gaming PC ever to handle BF4 at 1080p on low-medium settings with 60+ fps?

uhhhhh........290 non x will run high-ultra at 60

What is so bad about that?

I hate when people post on these without even trying to answer, but considering BF4 isn't out yet, I really don't think you can get an exact build.  I think it would be best to shoot for a rig that can do BF3 at medium as the game will only be slightly more demanding.
