Can i use A single power plug that have surge protector on the main power.. and attach it with a regular power strip? it goes like this..

 

Power wall>single surge protector>power strip

 

and

single surge protector on a power strip that already have surge protector.. tq!

 

power wall>power strip surge protector> single surge protector

If it's a decent quality one I guess so but it would be cheaper to just get a proper surge protector/power bar built in one.

Make sure that the single plug can handle the wattage that whatever is plugged into the powerstrip uses. I am not an electrician, but, it would not surprise me if a single plug adapter was only designed to handle the wattage from a single device.
