Gtx 590 Red Screen

Go to solution Solved by kaos_universe,

OK I found a solution, I read on another website about some problems with heavy water blocks and pressed the card into the pcie slot and it stopped thanks for your help guys

I need some help here,  I have a Gigabyte Gtx 590, not over clocked. When I play games on a single monitor connected with a DVI cable there is no problems. Recently  I connected a second monitor via VGA cable with a adapter because I started editing video and a second monitor come in handy. But when I start games like battlefield my main monitor connect by DVI cable starts flickering red. I tried changing ports from port one to one of the others but when I did that VGA monitor is ok but the dvi monitor flickers and I'm not even gaming. And if I connect the DVI monitor to the third port windows wont even boot up. Drivers up to date running Windows 8.....thanks

Try rolling back the drivers or if yo are using non beta drivers try the beta drivers. If you are using eta drivers, stop using them.

What case is the 590 in or do you know what temps you are getting?

The first step to insanity is believing in your sanity.
