I currently have a 3 monitor setup, it only supports 120Hz using DVI. The 1080 Classified only has 1 DVI port, so I need to get 2 adapters that are Display Port to DVI. I've done tons of searching on this and find such mixed comments, some say its possible, some say its not, some link adapters that are over $100, some link some in the $10-$30 range. Can someone with a bit of know-how point me in the right direction here?

Monitor (x3) - Acer GD235HZ

Graphics Card - EVGA GTX 1080 Classified

I want to run all 3 monitors in 1080p at 120Hz. I only need 2 adapters, looking for as cheap as possible.

You can use one adapter and have on monitor on DVI, HDMI and DP adapter, for this it doesn't need an active DP to DVI dual link adapter. However I would would check that HDMI port version to see if it is capable of 1080P at 120Hz.

I think he's talking about the hdmi in your graphics card

Ohh, forgot that it has 1 HDMI port. Well still it wouldn't be 120Hz unless I did HDMI to DVI, but that still leaves me with 1 monitor at 60Hz, so I would still need a DVI to DP adapter.

Sadly as said in my first line of the post, the monitor only supports 120Hz in DVI. So it has to be a DVI to DP adapter, just not sure which.

You can go from HDMI to DVI but for DP it would require a dual link DVI adapter for the higher refresh rate.

See that is an Active Dual Link DVI to Display Port adapter, but then a lot of reviews say it doesn't work at 120Hz. That's why I posted this topic, I see technical posts saying what it needs to be 120Hz, but every product page review for these adapters say they don't work.

Hmm I see now, you will need units that are capable of the higher frequency if you want to be able to handle the higher refresh rates through DVI. Something like this would work and looks to be directly marketed at that:
