i would change the motherboard to a z170 one and get a better CPU cooler then the Hyper 212, something like a ShadowRock2 or something instead

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Z170 board and take atleast a 250GB variant of SSD. 120 is pretty quick full these days with games, and the higher capacity makes it a faster SSD in performance.

If you need a good cooler take the Scythe Fuma. Top performance that trades blows with the Noctua's but for a better price.

i say z170 too

120$ for a b150 is totally crazy even if you don't buy a non K cpu, with that cpu is even crazier.

and i would change the ssd too,  the price difference between 120 and 240 gb is very small, so 240 is a lot cheaper in $/gb, and the samsung 750 is mid range ssd, so i choose the crucial (good brand) 275gb for only 69$

it's cheaper and better.

maby say how mutch fps it will get on games like csgo and ark

CSGO isn't a very demanding game and you'd get 150-180 fps with just a GTX 950. ARK on the other hand is poorly optimized that a 1070 can only do 40-50fps on Epic settings, bringing it down to High gets you 60-70fps.
