Worrying temperatures

I just finished my mini-itx build in the RVZ02 case. I downloaded Speccy and HMMonitor to check the temperatures. Can someone tell me what is going on with the motherboard temperature, I am so confused with the conflicting results.

It's best to not run two softwares at once sometimes it can cause errors but from the looks of things everything is good, Speccy must be getting a misreading of one of the sensors.

Yes going off of HWmonitor everything looks quite reasonable, I would also check load temps as SFF style builds can sometimes get quite warm.
