Yes i actually had!

Unfortunately i stilll can't get online after turning firewall creation rule and forcing social club offline mode to disable

Download the mod manager again. Open it and click play gta online.
This will clean out anything the manager has put in place to stop it going online.
I'm pretty sure this will work for you.

Whenever I tried to log into gta online, after the police lights intro..Some yellow text box in the upper right corner would tell me "signed in (offline)"  The game would proceed to load to get to online and then give me an error saying something about rockstar services not being available at this moment

What i have tried already:

-Going into commandline.txt and doing sconlineonly

-reinstall social club

-reinstall whole game

What have i missed?  I paid 60 dollars for a working game but this is what i get?

Have you used the mod manager before? That  block gta v in your firewall.

Probably not because based it seems like he just bought the game and it isn't working in the first place.

I don't know about gtav mod manager, but at least RAGE Plugin hook doesn't let the player into online, so you could also delete the mod files manually. Steam doesn't do it on itself, it deletes the game files and leaves everything else in, makes it easier to delete any mod files.

I suspected it would do that.
It happened to me a while back and couldn't for the life of me sort it.
Glad it's working.
