I think I did that when battlefield 1 requied me update my driver

Restart your computer and run a malware/virus scan and see if it continues. Sometimes when I keep my computer in standby for a few days without restarting if starts to get slow. It is good to restart your computer at least twice a week for updates to take effect and just to keep everything "fresh".

No, I did not OC my OC, it is H serise mobo

Even on some H series you may be able to OC them a little bit or with custom BIOS tweaking, I was interested in if you did that.

The ability to google properly is a skill of its own.

Are games run from HDD? How is your RAM usage while it happens? It sounds like drive or Ram is overused and it locks when that happens.

That could well be it. Also if there's something like update or virus scan running can have same effect. If you have space on SSD, move problem game there and see if its matters.
