Im a first time pc builder and I need some help with lowering the total cost of my pc. The parts I have picked out right now are totaling quite a bit over my budget of 1500$ (canadian) so I need some help with picking some different components to lower the cost. If you guys could recommend some different components to lower my costs a little but keep the performance pretty good that would be great. If you dont mind posting a link to the site to buy the part and maybe a reason for the switch that would be a big help! (again its my first time building a pc so some of the parts I have picked out might be a little wierd.) Also, I'm trying to stay with a blue colour scheme where possible, though its not a big deal if some of the internal components don't match too well.

Here you are. The P400 has built 10-color in LEDs in the front, but if you want to you can get an Phanteks led strip that connects to the case leds for $15 USD (dunno CAD conversion). If you want to save more, you can use Windows without a license.

For $72 more than your original build you get an i7 6700K and a 275GB SSD:

One question. What do you mean by the P400 needing one intake fan? It comes with 1 intake 1 exhaust I believe.

Only one rear exhaust.

Oh shit, you are right.  Two 120s.  I was under the impression that it came with a single 140mm in the rear.
