The 212 Evo comes with a Blademaster. Have you tried asking Cooler Master for a replacement?

If that isn't an option, some good fan options are

Slip Stream: http://www.e-shop.gr/scythe-sy1225sl12h-slip-stream-120mm-case-fan-p-PER.807953

NF-S12A: http://www.e-shop.gr/noctua-nf-s12a-pwm-fan-120mm-p-PER.651280

The fans in the OP are also good options but don't provide as good a bang for your buck as Slip Streams or aren't as good as the NF-S12A if you want the best of the best.

Thank for getting into trouble to look for my fan in a greek site.

I forgot to mention that I need a 4-pin PWM not very loud fan. I think that scythe is not PWM and noctua seems a little expensive. And suitable for a slight/medium OC.

The Slip Stream comes in a pwm variant: http://www.e-shop.gr/scythe-sy1225sl12lm-pslip-stream-pwm-fan-120mm-p-PER.811135

So, do you believe that would be enough for a 4670k @4.2-4.3GHz?

Just about any 120mm fan on a 212 Evo should be fine for that.
