Board is a bit pricey considering its specs, but other than that, those are good parts.

Most h170 boards seems pricey tbh, the msi h170 pc mate is a similar price too

Having looked at UK prices, if you will use the advanced featurs such as SLI, then both are worth it, but there are cheaper options.

I won't use sli, what would you suggest instead, I'm worried that the cheaper boards won't be as good quality that's all

Switch SSD to  Crucial MX300 - 275 GBs ~5GBP more but worth it.

I also recommend switching to the MSI z170-A PRO board just incase you ever want to switch to an unlocked CPU. It's 1 GBP less than your current one, and it's a great board.

Good idea, it still works with unlocked right (I make stupid mistakes with things like this)
