I'm looking for a air cooler for i7 3770K and I have about $55 to spend and these are three I'm looking at are:

Enermax T40-TB

Cryorig H7

Scythe Fuma

So, which one to choose, I'm mainly looking for quiet operation with good cooling (for overclocks) at the same time.

CPU: i7 3770K | MB: EVGA Z77 FTW | RAM: HyperX Savage 2400Mhz 16GB | GPU: R9 280X Toxic | Cooler: Scythe Fuma | PSU: CoolerMaster B600

SSD: Crucial MX300 525GB | HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB - Toshiba DT01ACA300 3TB

Take the Scythe Fuma. It had the best price-performence out of the three.

For about 55$ you can get a Cryorig H5 Ulitmate/Universal. With that being said, the Sythe Fuma looks to be an excellent choice and is probably the best.

Do you think that H5 would be better, so I chech if I can get it in my country?

If not, then I guess Fuma it is.

Cooling wise, I'm pretty sure that the Fuma would be better. I just like the look of Cryorig coolers

The Fuma is better.

If you can get a hold of an ETS-T40-BK, I would personally do so for the look of the heatsink alone but you should otherwise go with the Fuma.
