TechQuickie Gold foil T-shirt not coming in???

I was luckily one of the small amount of people that was able to order the limited edition gold foil Techquickie T-shirt through teespring back in august. 

sadly I am not getting any tracking updates, the t-shirt says it last updated on the 2 of September... its now halfway through October and im getting worried.  

no support has been able to help me so far and i was wondering if this has been an issue for any of the few who was able to order a shirt.
