Hi I'm a eleven years old student who has recentlyour started halying my friends UPGRADE their pc's. Such as adding ssds and ram but, I'm am in direct need of an upgrade myself right now I'm using ,for making YouTube videos(pro minerz6701) a acer aspire 600 pounds edititurn  (i3 3660 processor intel HD grapics  (I'm ashamed) and hasee 12 gb ram this has been fine for casual gaming while recording such as mine craft up to 1.8.9 and gtav at low but recently I have been getting 25 to 30 fps please tell me what I need in my pc (under 750 pound preferably but I can go over )(also include prerephirals? (Not include in 750 pound)(I like blacks and rgb

he didnt mention using premiere tho but you got a point their. i tried to edit with a pentium  T4300 with 4 gb of ddr 2 ram, and it is not a pleasant experience

Yes RAM is easy to upgrade, but he can afford it at this budget and it is nice to have for video editing. And some games use 10+ GB's of RAM. He might also have a lot of browser tabs open.
